BalancePoint is a team of dedicated and experienced coaches specializing in physiologic assessments, technical coaching, and program design for all levels of endurance sport. With a strong emphasis on athlete education and an insatiable interest in exercise science, we are your guides on your athletic journey.
The whole point of the Balance Point Assessment is to empower the athlete with the objective information they need to understand what they should do in training to get better. This 60 min long assessment allows us to understand your body’s strengths and weaknesses and how it responds to training stress. We use this information collected to make necessary changes to ensure continued improvements throughout the season.
Cycling involves a unique interaction of rider and equipment; the bike should feel like an extension of our body. Because cycling is a learned skill, we may not always choose the best position, just like we might not naturally grip a golf club properly, or carve a ski turn without being taught how to do it. Coach Luke has the equipment and the training to help you get started the right way, or to improve upon your current fit.
We run cycling and triathlon camps all over the world.
Every Monday evening from November until March join the group virtually through Zoom for a 2hr indoor cycling workout.
Join Coach Luke for a 30 min 1 on 1 respiratory training session. This will include a spirometry respiratory lung function assessment, followed by an isocapnic respiratory training session tailored to you.
